my friend from nebraska introduced this to me, as he is fond of saying “go big red.” apparently it’s a nebraska thing.
1 pint beer (watery, domestic)
1 splash V8 (enough to make it red)
stir and drink
*hot sauce optional
surprisingly delicious. nice brunch alternative to the bloody mary if all you have left in the fridge is a few bottles of leftover highlife instead of horseradish and worchester and whatnot.
