Entree
Vegetarian
1 package Ramen noodles - flavor = choice
frozen ’stir-fry’ style veggies. (or fresh, hippie)
Soy Sauce
Garlic
peanuts
lime
peanut butter
Boil the water, noodles - add the goatspearm, like normal, but leave the noodles a little al dente.
don’t add flavor, yet - drain the noodles, set aside.
Now, add the vegetables to the frying pan ( never had a wok in my trailer, sorry) One may also add meat, tofu, egg, etc at this point.
when the veg. are just about done, add a scoop of peanut butter, (Med heat), garlic, and soy sauce.
Now add the noodles and the flavor packet.
Stir fry until all the flavor spends the night at the noodles house, but not so long they get too mushy.
Now take some peanuts and put them in a baggie. Proceed to smash those bastards with a hammer until they could go on ice cream.
Sprinkle on top and splash lime juice.
Worship the Sirrachi (sp?) Sauce. It is the blood of gods.

Who are you Alan Short? I have cooked almost this exact recipe many times. It gets me through on those long Sundays when all the Thai restaurants are closed. To make it really special, add a little bit of coconut milk. Don’t use the coconut creme that goes in Pina Coladas, though. You’d think it would work, but it doesn’t.
I’ve found the only people who like this recipe are the same people who like canned tamales smashed up with ketchup and eaten on saltines. Total: 3 people.
