okay its got a french name, but thats stupid because its a damn sandwhich. and its damn good.
smokey ham
bacon
swiss cheese
mayo-remoulade (either/or)
kaiser roll
cook bacon seperately, put it all together and toast it (a bacon grease covered fry pan works) serve with a side dish cause its not that much food.
add an over easy egg on top if you so feel the need, at that point its madame somefrenchnameforasandwhich
