Ingredients:
-Green Beans 250g
-Soy Sauce t1
*Sesame Sauce
-White Sesame Seeds T4
-Sugar T2/3
-Soy Sauce T1.5
-Sake T1/2
Recipe:
1. Cook the green beans:
a. Boil water in a large pan with some salt.
b. Cook the green beans and cool them in iced water.
c. Drain the water.
2. For the sauce:
a. Dry-heat a frying pan and roast sesame seeds for a couple of minutes.
b. Using mortar and pestle, grind the seeds until they reach a semi-sticky consistency.
c. Add the rest of sauce ingredients to the seeds and mix with green beans.
*This sauce goes wonderfully with boiled spinach as well. Many people also add boiled and shredded chicken breast mixed with the green beans if you eat meat.
