Sauces, Spreads
Vegan
Finely chopped scallions
Finely chopped ginger
(a few pulses in a food processor would probably work)
Oil & salt
Mix together in a proportion you find agreeable to your palate.
My friend Johanna reverse engineered this from a sauce she had with some shrimp dish at New York Noodletown. I swear it tastes like there’s more going on than the ingredient list implies.
