PUT ‘EM ON YOUR GROCERY LIST:
- 1 lb fresh mozzarella
- 2 tomatoes
- 8 green onions
- 1 bottle of low-fat italian dressing. low-fat actaully tastes better. regular is too strong and you won’t taste the mozz goodness quite enough.
- pepper
- salt
- basil
- balsamic vinegar
BUY YOURSELF A NICE KNIFE AND:
- cut mozz into 1 inch cubes
- chop tomatoes
- slice green onions, with tops
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:
- mix mozz, tomatoes, onions and italian dressing in a 9X9 dish
- to taste: add pepper, salt, basil, several splashes of balsamic vinegar
- mix well, get out a fork, insert, enjoy
