I used to think quiche was just some bland, eggy dish that I couldn’t care for. Then BAM! I tried this recipe and it is OH, SO, GOOD. Yep, it’s full of dairy goodness.

+Ingredients+
- Deep dish pie shell (storebought is fine)
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 4oz Swiss cheese
* 2 eggs
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1/8 tsp chili powder
* 3/4 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp sugar
(You can pretty much make it with any vegetable.)

+Directions+
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees
2. Mix all of “*” ingredients in a bowl
3. In the pie shell, place onions, then cheese, and pour the wet mixture
4. Cook for 20 min. at 425 degrees
5. Turn the heat down to 300 degrees and cook for another 30 to 45 min.
6. To see whether it’s done or not, stick a toothpick in the quiche - if the egg mixture doesn’t stick to it, the quiche is done! (Careful not to confuse it with melted cheese!)

This recipe is really wet, so you may have to cook it a bit longer depending on our oven. But this is by far the BEST quiche I have ever had.
