potatoes
butter
half n half
salt
pepper
sugar
ground turkey meat or veggie crumbles
olive oil
cheddar cheese
some chopped celery
edamame peas (shelled)
corn
lots of garlic (up to you)
1 small onion onions

1. make a batch of mashed potatoes. boil your potatoes with some salt in the water. when soft, poor off the water and add half n half, butter, salt, pepper, a little sugar and mix it all up!

2. saute onions and garlic in olive oil, add in celery about half way through. add ground meat of choice. cook until the meat is done.

3. in a casserole dish or dutch oven, poor in the meat. next, add your corn and edamame peas. on top of the corn, put the mashed potatoes. finely, add the cheddar cheese (the more the better). cover and place in the oven. cook for an hour or so on 425.

that’s it. and ITS really good.
