1. Heat up a fry pan with a good amount of olive oil (full coverage of the pan) and 1 tbs of butter (or more if you like the butter).
2. Crush 3 cloves of garlic with a fork, cook those in oil/butter until they turn brown and pull them out and set aside.
3. Drop halved sprouts into the pan face down, cover and cook med high heat about 3-5 mins while you smear that sauteed garlic on some bread or crackers because it’s delicious.
4. Serve up sprouts with grated parmesan cheese and lemon drizzled on top.

I have a similar recipe that doesn’t include lemon juice; looking forward to adding that ingredient to this already fabulous recipe for b-sprouts.
It’s the best.

I made these the other day and they were great! I tossed the crushed up garlic with some butter and spaghetti and we ate it all up with some salmon, yumz.
