2 garlic cloves
4 quarter size pieces of ginger
2 tbls chunky peanut butter
1 tbls water
1 tbls sugar
2 tbls soy sauce
3 tbls sesame oil
1 tbls red wine vinegar
2 green onions
1 handful of cilantro leaves
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
8 oz. spaghetti

• boil water for pasta
• roughly chop peanuts in food processor, set aside
• roughly chop green onions and cilantro in food processor, set aside
• chop garlic and ginger in food processor
• add soy sauce, peanut butter, water, sugar, soy, sesame, vinegar
• pour garlic, ginger sauce in big bowl
• sit bowl over bowling pot of water for a few minutes to warm up
• drain pasta, add it to the sauce (that is already in big warm bowl, top with peanuts, green onion and cilantro

• you can add flank steak, sliced thin, to the top
• leftovers are good cold
