Vegan
1 (15 oz) can black beans � rinsed and drained
2 (11 oz.) can shoepeg corn � drained
1 (10 oz.) can rotel � drained
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies � drained
2 � 3 green onions � chopped
a lot of fresh cilantro � chopped
salt and pepper
so easy. yes, it would be better if you made it all from scratch: fresh beans, fresh corn, etc, but oh well…..

I added some avocado and a little bit of lime juice to this and it was bangin’!
