1 box firm tofu
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag frozen vegetable
1 frozen pie crust(top and bottom needed)
Slat and pepper to taste
This recipe is soooooo easy and so good!
First, drain(press thin slices between paper towels) and cube the tofu. In a mixing bowl, mix together the soup,the vegetables, salt, pepper and the tofu. Roll out one pie crust in 9″ pie pan and pur in the soup mixture. roll out the remaining pie crust on the top. Press edges of pie crust together sealing it all in. Cut a cute little design in the middle on top for ventilation. Bake at 475 for 10 min., then at 350 for 20 min. or until lightly golden on top. It is delicious!
