2 medium avocados pitted
1 small lime juiced
1 clove of garlic minced
1 oz. cilantro (if desired) minced
1/4 cup of white onion minced
1 small pepper (add more to desired heat) minced
1 small tomato deseeded & chopped
1 Pinch of fresh cracked pepper (white looks nicer)
Kosher salt to taste
In a medium mixing bowl, add the avocado & using a masher combine half of the lime juice & mash together until the avocado still has some lumps. Add the rest of the ingredients & blend. Do not mix too hard, you want to keep some of those delicious whole pieces of the avocado in there. Add fresh cracked pepper & kosher salt to taste.
You can use the rest of the lime in a gin & tonic.
Eat with pita chips, tortilla chips, or veggies.
