In General
We’re having Christmas at our house for this first time this year. And I would say I’m totally into it. I’ve been off work this whole time so I’ve had the time and inclination to decorate, cook, buy and wrap. Mac doesn’t have a clue (although he likes the lights on our mantle) but it still feels good. Sparkly lights, good smells, warm food and drink, staying in pjs all day, what’s not to like?
Lately
Alan Short is my new hero. I don’t really do new year’s resolutions, but I have been thinking that I need to be more aware of the amazing life I have more of the time, and not obessess over things that are ultimately insignificant. ‘F that S. Life’s too short.’ is my motto for 2012.
Speaking of amazing life, I have a butt load of pics of our little man on Facebook, but I haven’t dumped any on here partly because I can’t remember how to do it. If you wanna see em and don’t FB, let me know and I’ll put them on flicker or something.
