As part of the 2009 Innovation Initiative that I just made up, I’ll be introducing a series of New Words that will be submitted to the Library of Congress and The Daniel Webster Trust for More Gooder Words.
The first in this series is:

Squirtch
Definition:
The sound one makes when one would like to make his presence known in an awkward or dangerous situation.
Example 1:
When walking around the corner with a piping hot cup of coffee, you clear your throat so people know you’re about to come around the corner and Nathan runs right the fuck into you.
“Goddammit Nathan, you idiot. Didn’t you hear me squirtch?”
Example 2:
“Dude, I was in the far stall in the bathroom at work and Nathan walked in and started crying his ass off about something”
“Did he know you were in there?”
“No man, I didn’t have time to squirtch.”
