In General
I’m been meaning to become an Arkansas Rocker for ages. I’m living in Chicago and it’s awesome, but I get some abuse for my roots. But I’m proud, people. This will just add to my Arkie cred. (That goes a long way in Chi-town.)
Lately
Teaching in Chicago is always entertaining. I’ve had desks and books thrown at me. I’ve had a couple of parents and several students threaten to kick my ass. I’ve been called a motherfucker a lot. But it’s ok. At least I’m never bored. And Chicago is great. I just got married! And John Jughead from Screeching Weasel was my minister!!! So that was super fantastic. I would love to hear from people back home. And if you’re in Chicago — let me know!
