It’ll be available around March 15. Lots of ARRockers have lived or hung out there. I love this place in the way one loves a friend who neglects to shower regularly, drinks too much, picks his teeth, and has burrito breath but will give you the unwashed shirt off his back. (No, I’m not referring to you. Or you. You don’t have burrito breath.) Still, it’s time for a break.
It’s a 1-bedroom with two walk-in closets and a big kitchen. From the living room, it’s actually closer to walk to Smoke & Barrel than to the kitchen refrigerator. Rent is $300; utilities run to about $100. Some furniture could stay. E-mail me at Gmail (my first and last name as one word) if you’re interested.
My new place is halfway between my studio and the library, which more than makes up for losing the patio.
