Hey Everyone! I am looking for a new roommate. The space will be available June 1st, possibly a little before. My house is two bedrooms, one bath, with a one car garage for storage. There is a fenced in yard for outdoor pets and it has a fire pit. It is very close to campus. I have a washer and a dryer. Best part is…I’m almost never there. So, if you like your space and privacy…done. Also, I will be out of town from June 25th-August 20th, so you would have the place to yourself all summer. I already have internet.

First months rent plus a $250 deposit. If you have pets, they must be outdoor pets and I will require a $200 pet deposit. Also, I will require a 6 month lease.
